Embedly (https://embed.ly/ ), and by extension Medium, have added StoryMaps to their library of URLs, therefore it is now possible to add a StoryMap to a Medium page.
Unfortunately, they seem to have disabled the ability to scroll, and have disabled the parameters you can add to the URL to change the way a StoryMap displays.
